Excellent Book! Excellent stories in this book. I have read many a story about the Alamo. But this one by far is my most favorite one. Short and to the point. I will just mention one of the best quotes in the story, "The Custodian Of The Alamo."...Search the histories of the world and you will not find a deed to equal that of the men who died within the Alamo that Texas might be free, for "Thermopylae had its messenger of defeat-the Alamo had none."
